Privacy policy

Last updated October 9, 2026.

Agenda Crew is a shared agenda for a family. This policy says what it keeps, why, and who can see it. It is written for parents, since a child uses the app at a parent's invitation.

What we keep

Who can see it

Only the members of a family see that family's agenda. Every request is checked on the server against your membership; an address or an id from another family answers nothing. A parent manages the family and invites its members; a child sees and changes the agenda but cannot invite or remove anyone.

Notifications

Reminders sent to a child's phone carry the item's title and time. Alerts sent to other members about a change say who changed something, not what; the detail is in the app. Nothing we send includes an email address.

Voice

When you talk to the assistant or type a request to it, the recording or the text goes through our server to OpenAI, which turns it into words and works out the change to make, with your family's agenda items as context. We ask OpenAI not to store the conversation, and we keep no recording or transcript; the change itself is saved like any other, marked as made by voice.

Where it lives

The agenda is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Clerk handles sign-in, and OpenAI the voice requests, under their own privacy policies. We use no advertising and no tracking of children.

Your choices

A parent can rename or delete items, remove a child from the family, and remove any device. To delete a family or an account entirely, contact us and we will remove it.
