Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Agenda Crew, a shared family agenda. By creating a family or joining one you agree to them.

Accounts and families

An adult creates a family and invites its members. The person who creates the family is responsible for who is invited into it and for the content its members add. A child uses the service at that adult's invitation and under their supervision.

What you may do

Use the service for your own family's agenda. Do not try to reach another family's data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Reminders

We do our best to deliver reminders on time, but delivery depends on phones, networks and the platforms that carry notifications. Do not rely on the service for anything where a missed reminder would cause harm.

Availability and changes

This is an early version of the service. It may change, pause or stop. We may update these terms; continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
